Currently my 3 hour cooking workshops are offered in Queens, in the home kitchen of QCK, but I can also travel to you, please email me and I can bring everything to you for the class.
Recipes are simple to follow and all materials are provided, students get to eat and keep their creations to share with their family.
(Printed recipes will be provided for everything that is taught that day.)
I also offer classes in a students own home for individuals and groups. It keeps it fun and creates conversation around food which is always awesome. Who doesn’t want to share a meal with their friends that they’ve just created together!

The emphasis is on techniques first, and then specific recipes because I teach skills just like they do in culinary school. It is a fun and informative session which is really hands-on since you will be actually making the dish yourself under my guidance.
